Everypawdy, meet Aki!
Aki is a male jindo/shepherd mixed breed. He came to the shelter when he was still a puppy and has grown up here since then but he definitely still acts very energetic and is estimated to be born in 2017. He is so optimistic about life and looooves his time outside on walks with our volunteers! He used to be pretty shy but now he loves the attention people give to him! He favors his treats and is treat motivated and attentive to people’s actions and words, so he would be easily trained. Aki has quite the unique appearance with a chipped ear! We don’t know how he got it, but it does add to his charm and one-and-only personality!
Aki is in search of an awesome furever family where he can be his happiest self and get spoiled by so much love and treats!
Here’s what one of our volunteers had to say about Aki:
“Aki is a very handsome and well mannered boy, and he was very excited to get out of the kennels for his walk. He was good on leash, seemed a little scared of quick movements so he needs a calm and patient owner. However, I think he will grow out of his shell fast as he became way more affectionate after a while. He loved treats and were a very good boy the whole time I was with him. Aki will be the perfect best friend for someone who can stand being the second best looking in the family”
If you would like to adopt Aki, please email us and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process!
