Benji (estimated birthdate March 2020) is a male Jindo/Shepherd mixed breed who arrived at our shelter when he was just 3 months old in June 2020. He was found as an adorable little puppy all by himself on the streets, with no mother or owner in sight. We thought Benji would be quickly adopted because of his cuteness (he's still very cute, by the way!), but it has been 2 years since he arrived at the shelter and no one has shown interest in him. Over time, Benji has grown into a handsome and energetic pup, bursting with love and zest for life! He has only known shelter life but greatly enjoys the company of his furry friends and the human volunteers. Benji absolutely loves going for walks and craves human interaction and affection so much! It's hard to believe he's still at the shelter after all this time. He is more than ready to find his forever home.

Here's what one of our volunteers had to say about Benji:
"Such an energetic Jindo mix who loves snacks, running, and playing with others. Consider welcoming him into your family for endless amounts of fun, adventures, and plenty of running."

Benji is searching for an amazing forever family who can be his adventure and cuddle buddy for the rest of his life! If you would like to adopt Benji, please send us an email or submit the adoption application, and we'll assist you in getting started on the adoption process!

  • Bahavior with cat or children

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

  • Vaccinations and spaying

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
