Chocolat came to our shelter as a newborn puppy in July 2023, as part of the Dessert Family: Sherbet the mama dog and her three pups, Chocolat, Tarte, and Gateau. As the only boy, Chocolat is bigger than his two sisters and the most active sibling. He has such a pretty and unique coat that is a blend of brown, cream, and grey. Chcolat obviously can’t wait to come out to meet all the humans, because he pokes his nose outside the fence every time someone walks by. He has such a boopable snoot, too! His mama, Sherbet, is worried he’ll get into trouble with his adventurous nature so she prods him away, but Chocolat always finds a way to sneak past her and say hi to us. When we brought the puppies out for the first time, Chocolat was scared and confused for maybe one minute, but he got so happy and excited once we cooed him in baby voices!

Chocolat is an affectionate, playful baby with a cute face and a cool coat. He currently spends all his time inside a fence with the rest of his family, but the puppies are quickly outgrowing the small fence. If you would like to welcome Chcolat into your home, please send us an adoption application and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process!
