Chris is a 18kg female jindo mixed breed, estimated to be born in 2019. She was found with her brother, Dumpling 만두, and admitted to our shelter in February 2021. We suspect they came from a dog meat farm. The two of them were very shy when they first got here, especially Chris! Chris was very shy on walks and would not want to move after finding her hiding spot, but slowly over time, Chris began to open up to us and her furfriends in her kennel. Despite what happened to her in the past, Chris is amazing for wanting to change for the better! She has the potential to be the bestest girl out there for the right family!
Chris is looking for a loving forever family who can be patient with her as she slowly adjusts to a world without fear and guide her to be the happiest and bestest doggy friend anyone could ever have. Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.
Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
