Dora is a jindo mixed breed and one of our long-term residents at the shelter. He has been with us since January 2, 2018. It has been so long that Dora was with us even before YPAP moved to a new shelter for more space! During his time here, Dora has experienced various challenges. Initially, he was young and optimistic, enjoying the company of our volunteers. However, as the years passed by, Dora has slowly lost his hope and enthusiasm. He used to love interacting with people and going for walks, but now he has become fearful and withdrawn, as he is losing hope of finding a loving family. Although he still responds to his name and recognizes familiar faces, we want to see Dora happy and healthy, both mentally and physically.

Dora is desperately seeking a forever family who can provide him with love and patience as he learns to trust and embrace the world once again. He has spent far too long at the shelter, with many people overlooking him in favor of smaller and younger puppies. We believe that with the right family, Dora can flourish and become the joyful boy he is meant to be! If you are interested in adopting Dora, please contact us via email or submit an adoption application form. We will gladly assist you in initiating the adoption process and finding Dora his perfect forever home!

  • Bahavior with cat or children

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

  • Vaccinations and spaying

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
