Finn
Finn
Everypawdy, meet Finn!
Finn is estimated to be born in 2015. He is a 30kg male pit/bulldog mixed breed who is one of our longest staying residents at the shelter. Finn has been at the shelter since 2017!! He was found as a young 2 year old sweet boy abandoned with a chained collar tied up to a pole. He was so happy when we saved him and brought him to the shelter and just loved all the people sooo much! Finn has been with us since then. He loves to play and run around outside! He is literally like the Energizer Bunny and never runs out of energy, especially if he sees or smells anything new! Quite a hyper boy, Finn would do well in a family where he can get as much exercise as possible! He would do great as a workout, hiking, and running buddy! Sweet Finn is dog reactive, but when we put him in a playpen next to puppies, he was the sweetest boy and only wanted to play with the puppies! Finn is searching for a furever home who can give him all the love and attention and can let him run out his crazy energy.
Here is what one of our volunteers had to say about Finn:
“He is soooo hyper, and it was a struggle to get him to stay still for some pictures. We got a chance to play with him in the playpen, and we got to see him run back and forth the fencing with the puppies next door. He was so gentle and friendly towards the small pupperinos (but not so much with big boy dogs haha)! Not a big fan of toys, but he loves chasing/being chased and in general just running around. He is definitely a "sweet angel boy".”
Finn is looking for a loving and adventurous forever family where he can be the only dog to get all the love and attention he deserves. Finn has been without a family for so long, and we hope he will find his best friend and family for the rest of his life! If you would like to adopt sweet Finn, please email us, and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process~

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
