Estimated to have been born in 2019, Freesia is a 16kg female jindo mixed breed who arrived at our shelter at the beginning of 2021 year. She was pregnant when she came to our shelter and gave birth to five puppies shortly after. We had called them our Flower Babies (Aster, Peony, Bluebelle, Pansy, and Lavender). Sadly, Freesia’s baby girl, Lavender passed away. However, most of her other babies have been adopted and are living happily with their new forever families. The only baby left is Peony. Freesia was such an amazing mother and while she was scared and apprehensive of people herself, she raised amazingly happy, healthy, and well-temperamented babies! She is a real trooper and has gone through so much change with us. Because of her pregnancy, Freesia was emaciated but she has been able to gain weight with us here and become more open to hoomans!
We don’t have new pictures of her after her babies, but we hope you fall in love with Freesia and her amazing story just as much as we did! As soon as we get more pictures of Freesia, we’ll update you all! Freesia is looking for her forever home now! She would do so well in a family who she can take the time to get to know and trust. If you would like to adopt Freesia, please send us an email and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process~

  • Bahavior with cat or children

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

  • Vaccinations and spaying

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
