Gimli is a male mixed breed estimated to be born in 2021. He was admitted to our shelter at the beginning of October 2021. Gimli was found with his two other brothers, Aragon and Legolas, at only 3 months old. Gimli and his brothers were found alone, by themselves, wet and dirty! We’re not sure what happened, but luckily, they came to us so we could clean them off and make them feel comfortable at the shelter. Gimli’s brother, Aragon, has now been adopted, and it’s just Gimli and Legolas left. Gimli is the shyest out of his brothers. He has a timid disposition and is sensitive towards new people and environments. Gimli doesn’t have much experience, so that’s why he is so scared, but he does lean on people to help his fear. So we know Gimli is able to trust. He is such a sweet boy who just needs someone to show him the wonders and love of the world!

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.
Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
