Glenn
Glenn
Glenn is a jindo mixed breed boy who was admitted to the shelter in 2019 as a young pup. Glenn has grown up at the shelter and has turned out very shy and reserved. At the shelter, Glenn was scared of many things and he was so unfamiliar with the outside world he would actually shut down and sit on the ground. With calm, quiet coaxing, Glenn would slowly walk a bit. Because of his very timid nature, Glenn would have been in danger of being placed on the Euthanasia List.
Luckily, we were able to move him to one of our associated boarding facilities to help his shyness and give him a chance to come out of his shell. Since his move, Glenn has been slowly improving his reserved behavior! He is still sensitive about new and fast energies, but he is willing to walk and move with humans, especially those whom he can get to know and trust on a regular basis. He is so adorable and excited when he is asking for treats!
Glenn is in search of a loving forever family who can give him time, affection, and a reason for him to come out of his shell. He is a lovely boy who just needs to learn that people mean no harm and the world is safe and a wonderful place to live. If you would like to adopt Glenn, please contact us and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process.

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
