Hwangyoo
Hwangyoo
Hwangyoo is a male jindo mixed breed who was taken in by our sister pound, Yongin Pound, in 2020. Unfortunately, he is currently on the Euthanasia List for this fall term and has been on the list since spring 2021 due to being overlooked multiple times, possibly because he doesn't get along well with other dogs. However, we believe Hwangyoo has been mislabeled as aggressive because he is actually a gentle giant. He is like a happy little teddy bear who loves going on walks and adventures with our human volunteers. Hwangyoo even enjoys pack walks with his roommates and shows no signs of aggression towards humans or other dogs.
Hwangyoo is in desperate need of a forever home where he can be the only dog and receive all the attention. He requires a patient owner who can help him gradually open up to new people and environments. If you are interested in adopting Hwangyoo, please contact us via email or submit an adoption application form.

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
