Jake
Jake
Jake is a sweet, gentle cuddly 25kg giant! He is a mixed breed - we see jindo and maybe chow or akita because of the blue on his tongue. Jake’s nickname is “Tippy Taps” because he does this really adorable tappy dance with his paws whenever he realizes he is going to go out on a walk! He is a big boy, but he has the friendliest and happiest personality. He is a bit strong, but he loves the treats - as well as approval of his human friends - so we feel that he would respond very well to training. Jake would definitely be someone’s best friend one day!
“On our walk, he would have a sudden urge to run and he would dash for it. He is definitely on the higher energy side. He is very, very kind though and is absolutely a licker. As you can see in the video, he loves interacting with people. The boy is also smart and already knows how to sit for his treats. Definitely would be great for those who are willing to train him to become your best companion.”
"Jake is a handsome white male dog. I and my brother took Jake and his roommate Molly both of them for a walk together. Those two were very sweet to each other and looking always where the others are. We went down to near the water where they curiously smelled around the water. He is good with leash walking calmly but also when my brother started to run he was running with my brother at his pace. He was enjoying the fresh air! He could be an amazing mate for someone who enjoys outdoor sports such as hiking or jogging. I hope he finds a home where he can enjoy the outside fresh air every day."
Jake is adjusted to both dog and human company and he really deserves to have a lovely cozy life with a family. If you would love to adopt Jake the gentle fluffy giant, please send us an adoption application and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process!

Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
