Everypawdy, meet Jin!

This medium sized male Jindo mix has been in the shelter since 2020. He is an older boy with the sweetest temperament. He is quick to warm up to people and loves trying out new activities. Since he is on the shier side, he needs a bit of patience to get him to open up, but once that's been done, he is the sweetest boy ready to share his happiness with everyone.

Here's what some volunteers had to say about Jin:

"He is such a lovely and energetic boy who loves running! He was a little bit afraid of people at first but in 15 minutes allowed us to pet him and feed him. Jin will be a good companion for those who love outdoor activities. He is not a picky eater and enjoyed every treat!”

“Jin loves to explore and walk a lot! He is very calm and takes some time to trust people. He still looks like a puppy and you can see he just wants to be loved! Jin is very nice to people but seems a little intimidated by both people and dogs so he is very careful. He showed no aggression!"

Jin is a food motivated boy and will do just about anything for a treat. It has proven useful in getting him used to new environments that he is unsure about. However, once he's received his treat, he happily puts on his brave face and faces those unfamiliar situations.

Jin is ready for his forever home, one that will give him the cuddles and attention he deserves. If anyone is looking for a buddy to go on long walks with or adventures, Jin is your boy! If you would like to adopt the lovingly sweet  Jin, please send us an adoption application and we’ll help you get started on the application process.
