Everypawdy, meet Kendrick!
Kendrick is still a young wirey jindo/sapsali mixed breed boy, born around 2020 and came to our shelter in October 2021. He was found walking around on the streets all by himself before he was called in and brought to us. Kendrick was so happy when he first got here, so we checked if Kendrick had a microchip, but he did not. Since then, Kendrick has been happily staying with his kennelmates at the shelter. Kendrick is such a silly boy! He is our little monkey and will try to climb up the kennel whenever he sees us get ready for walkies. Kendrick is energetic and is an absolute delight to play with! He is friendly towards everyone and everything and just enjoys life as a whole!
Here’s what one of our volunteers had to say about Kendrick:
“Kendrick is a cute boy that's smart and already somewhat trained. He knows how to sit while waiting for a treat, and walked well on the leash. He was also happy to be around all his kennel mates. Kendrick loves snacks - he is so happy when eating. Perhaps too happy that it seemed to us he ate too much and got too excited, and so he vomited on the walk. His future owner definitely should pay close attention to that. But even if he was not feeling 100%, he was still very happy and excited to be outside.
p.s. the only thing that I didn't appreciate about Kendrick was his decision to give me kisses after he had vomited. That was.. Not fun.. ”
Kendrick is looking for a loving forever family who will be able to play and give him many many adventures of a lifetime! If you would like to adopt Kendrick, please email us, and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process~

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

  • Vaccinations and spaying

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
