Everypawdy, meet Lilac!

Lilac is estimated to be born in 2020. She is a 10kg female red jindo/kvd mixed breed mama girl who came to our shelter in January 2022. She was abandoned with her 6 babies who were just 2 months old. We call Lilac’s little family our Rainbow Babes. Lilac’s babies who are left are Red and Viola. She has been a wonderful mother to her babies as she acclimated to shelter life. Lilac is an amazing little girl! Her babies are basically bigger than her, as they have been growing up quickly, but she was the momma in charge! Lilac taught her kids to be gentle and also apprehensive before becoming friendly with strangers. She, herself, is timid at first but quickly trusts as soon as she deems you not a threat. Lilac is a good tiny girl who is ready to escape the shelter and into a forever home!

Here is what one of our volunteers had to say about Lilac:
"Would you believe that tiny Lilac is the mother of four? I was really surprised when they told me that... but she is the mother of Red (also featured in the photos), Viola, Grey and Blu.
Lilac is a mixed dog that is probably around two years old. So she doesn't have the puppy craziness anymore, but she still has a very cute face, and is a tiny, manageable size for a family living in a smaller space. She is not very used to being around people, but she is curious and is not scared. She walked well on a leash. With her puppies now growing up, Lilac is totally ready for a new home!"

Lilac is looking for a loving forever family who will treat her with love and respect and give her a home where she can call her own for the rest of her life. If you would like to adopt Lilac, please email us, and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process~

  • Bahavior with cat or children

Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.

  • Cost of the adoption

YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

  • Vaccinations and spaying

All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
