Mark
Mark
Introducing Mark, a charming mixed breed boy weighing around 25kg. Mark arrived at the shelter in February 2018, which means he has been patiently waiting for his forever home for almost five years. Unfortunately, like many dogs, Mark has been overlooked due to his breed. However, he is an incredibly friendly boy who has been walked by numerous volunteers. Let's hear what they have to say about him:
"He is sweet and intelligent. He adores chicken and is highly motivated by food, which makes training him quite easy. He already knows the command 'sit,' but he will only do it if he knows there's a treat involved. He loves to explore and sniff around. While I'm not entirely sure about his compatibility with other dogs, he does seem curious about them."
"He is the sweetest boy! He thoroughly enjoys going for walks and sitting for treats. His infectious energy is a joy to be around, whether it's with other dogs or people. If you're looking for a friend who can lift your spirits whenever you're feeling down, look no further!"
"HE IS A VERY GOOD BOY!! This guy is as friendly as can be, and the way he sits so nicely with that 'feed me' look on his face, it's almost as if he has perfected the art of getting treats! I was more than happy to give Mark all the treats he wanted. This handsome boy is absolutely ready for a family life in a forever home. Without a doubt, he will be a loyal companion for life!"
Mark gets along well with larger dogs, but he can display some sensitivity towards smaller dogs. However, he is incredibly loyal to humans and would make a wonderful addition to your family. Mark would thrive in a home with children over 12 years old who are interested in training him or having him as a new companion. Due to his food motivation, he is easily trainable. In Mark's case, we recommend a home without other animals. If you are interested in adopting Mark, please contact us via email or submit an adoption application form. We will be happy to assist you in beginning the adoption process!

-
Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
