Miso is a 15kg female jindo mix who came to us as a puppy in 2020. Miso is a cute medium sized girlie with legs that are just a tad short, ears that are just a tad floppy, and fluffy white fur as lovely as a fresh coat of snow!

Miso can be a little shy and insecure at times, but after spending just a short amount of time with a volunteer, it isn’t long before she starts viewing them as her safe space, cuddling up close and asking for ear scratches! She gets along well with her kennelmate, King, and likes to follow his confident lead on walks! Miso’s ears will bounce up and down as she walks, and she loves to regularly look back and check on her human while walking just to make sure they doing okay.
Here is a message from Miso after her walk with a volunteer when she was a pup:
“Hi everybody. I'm Miso!! When I came out for my walk, I was very unsure of my surroundings so I didn't make it down to the river. I was praised a lot for being brave so I’m sure I can do it next time! I'm really gentle. If you approach me slowly, I love getting my neck scratched. I hope to meet my forever human to show me how beautiful life can be.”

Miso is looking for a kind forever family who can show her a world full of love and happiness for the rest of her life! She may do well with another doggy friend to help boost her confidence, but would also do well as an only dog as long as she has a loving, patient human to guide her! If you would like to adopt Miso, please send us an adoption application and we’ll help you get started on the adoption process.
