Nora
Nora
Nora is a female medium jindo mix who weighs about 12kg. Her favorite things are to hang out with her kennelmate, Moon, and to roll around in the dirt like the free spirit that she is. She loves her walks, and she walks with a cute bounce in her step and her ears!! Nora is a bit shy and reserved at first, but she becomes the sweetest girl once she warms up to people, especially our volunteers. She has a curious disposition and would do well with someone who is patient, kind, and adventurous.
This is what a few of our volunteers had to say about Nora:
“She is a chicken, even scared of falling leaves. But not scared of her kennel buddy, Moon. When I tried to walk her she just spun around for a while trying to avoid me, but eventually she was willing to walk while keeping her distance. Our walk was a success and eventually she let me pet her head. She seems to open up, but it just takes time. She seemed pretty comfortable around the YPAP staff. Anyway we successfully walked safely together. She loves to walk through the grass and sniff everything. She is a lovely girl who just needs time to grow close with humans.”
“She is a bit of a nervous girl and really didn't like the cars or any loud noises. She had lovely soft ears and warmed up to strokes after a little while. Nora is a lovely clever dog who deserves a patient owner who'll slow down to her pace when needed.”
Nora has been with us for a long time and is ready to give her heart to a forever home! She would definitely love a family who can give her the best pets, treats, and love for the rest of her life! If you would like to adopt Nora, please send us an adoption application and we’ll help you get started on bringing home this amazing little angel!

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
