Saffron
Everyone, meet Saffron! Saffron is a short-haired mixed breed cutie who arrived at the shelter as a tiny little newborn with her six siblings and her mother back in early 2023. Saffron and her siblings participated in a few of our weekend puppy care sessions when they were young, and we got to see how adorable, playful, and friendly they can be! One of Saffron’s siblings has been adopted, but Saffron and the rest of her family members are still waiting for their chance.
We can’t say for sure what breed she is, but Saffron and her siblings have some bully/mastiff features, such as short hair and adorable wrinkly faces. All six of these doggies have lived their whole lives at the shelter, and so they are understandably a bit timid on their monthly walks. However, they are all gentle and friendly towards people and love to spend time with volunteers! They welcome pets and cuddles from all, and they get SO excited and happy when it is time to come out for a walk! Saffron has unfortunately shown some signs of slightly diminished vision, but that hasn't stopped her from being enthusiastic and excited about life!
We think Saffron and her siblings will make the most loyal, loving companions once they have time to adjust to loving homes. Despite being gentle and sweet, because they have bully features they will have a very hard time finding adopters in most parts of the world, including Korea. We hope that you will consider giving Saffron the rare second chance that she deserves.
Saffron could really use a loving home where she will be given lots of love, time, patience, and gentle encouragement as she learns how to feel more confident in the outside world!

-
Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
