Saku
Saku
Meet Saku, a charming male Jindo mixed breed. Saku came to our sister pound, Yongin Pound, in 2020 and has been on the Euth List for several terms due to being overlooked and not getting along with other dogs. However, there's more to this gentle soul than meets the eye.
Saku can be a bit sensitive to touch, but with increased exposure to our volunteers, he has shown signs of improvement. He now allows people to interact with him more willingly. We may not know what hardships he faced before coming to the shelter, but we firmly believe that he deserves love, happiness, and stability in his life.
One thing Saku adores is treats! His love for treats makes us hopeful that he can learn to socialize and develop affectionate relationships with both humans and canine companions. He has a playful side too and enjoys running around, making him a perfect fit for a forever home with a backyard where he can frolic to his heart's content.
Although he may come across as a bit shy initially, when our volunteers take him out for walks, we can see the potential for him to become a loving and devoted companion. Saku yearns for a patient forever family who will give him the time and space he needs to learn to trust and feel secure. A home where he can be the only dog, receiving all the affection he deserves, would be ideal.
If you feel that you can provide Saku with the loving home he so deserves, we invite you to submit an adoption application or contact us via email. Together, we can give Saku the life he's been waiting for. Let's make his dreams come true!

Bahavior with cat or children
Our dogs are rescued from meat farms or reported from the street and brought to our shelter. That's why we do not have information on how they behave with cats or children.
-
Cost of the adoption
YAPA does not gain any profit from the dogs' adoption. Adopters need to cover the transportation and documentation fee for the government.

Vaccinations and spaying
All our dogs are spayed and vaccinated by an approved vet before being sent to the adoptor. The costs of the procedures are covered by our donations.
